I was responding to an article here:

When I happened to think of another easy way that the November election can be stolen:

Quote:
Here's another way the election can be stolen.

Obama wins both the popular vote and the Electoral College vote.

The Republicans decide to challenge the Electoral College votes of some large blue states as fraudulent. Unlike the Democrats, they have no problem getting signatures for their petition, and the votes of those states are thrown out. McCain becomes President.

There are many more ways. The framers of our Constitution made sure not only that the people couldn't vote for President and Vice-President, but that the people would never have the final say in who becomes President and Vice-President.

When you see a name like McCain or Obama on your ballot it is there fraudulently. You are not voting for them because the Constitution prohibits you from voting for them. You are voting for the slate of Electors of their political party, whose names are NOT on the ballot.

And that's one of the very least of the dirty tricks that the framers pulled. They made Congress the sole judge of the "elections, returns, and qualifications of its members." So when Clint Curtis proved that his election had been stolen, Congress was able to disregard the evidence and dismiss the case. They're the sole judge of who gets to be in Congress, not the voters. Congress swore in Brian Bilbray before his election had been certified and with 68,000 votes remaining uncounted. Theoretically, they could "judge" that somebody had been elected to Congress even if there hadn't been an election, and if you trust the people who gave you a nine trillion dollar national debt, fifty-three trillion in unfunded liabilities, and a quadrillion dollar Ponzi scheme they call a derivatives market not to do something like that, you are a very trusting soul.

I reprinted my comment in full because lately comments have been disappearing from opednews.

Anyway, this is such an easy way for the Republicans to steal an election, that I'm hoping I haven't gone and predicted what is actually going to happen. There are many more ways, but this is probably the easiest.
