Lucky me!

I only eat ice cream about twice a year, but yesterday just happened to be the day I had a craving. So I looked carefully at all the different ice cream bars and cones and sandwiches, etc., for sale in the little convenience store two blocks from me, and saw at least three of those products.

Fortunately my selection wasn't one of them.

Anything non-vegan can probably kill you. I gotta curb these wild and crazy impulses. It doesn't happen often, but when it does it still isn't that hard to withstand -- just a whim, not a craving. Close call!

I think I'll celebrate my luck with a bowl of genetically modified cornflakes and some non-GMO soymilk. Is half-safe the same as half-assed?
